Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when i right click to print the print preview screen comes up blank, it just started it a few days ago, no software updates that iam aware of,  i have updated all th software for the printer still no luck,

What software are you using that doesn't have the print preview?

 

Can update the software that you are using and try again?

right now anything that i have tried to print from explorer or microsoft edge  the print preview screen is blank...  have  checked the printer software and everything is updated and no updates available for the computer...
