Is there any way to print from a chromebook to an HP Laserjet P2055dn printer?

When I plug in the usb from printer to chromebook it recognizes the printer is there but I have not figured out any way to print.

Any help is appreciated.

thanks.

Hi,

You can't use it with USB port on your Chrome OS machine. You have to use Cloud Print which requires your printer MUST be connected to a network.

Your printer has

  • Networking
    Print server - integrated
  • Data Link Protocol
    Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet
  • Connectivity Technology
    wired

How do you connect it now ?

Regards.
