Hi @davidspoke,

Thank you for showing your interest in HP Support Forums. It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. For you to have the best experience on the HP forum, you could also visit our HP Forums Guide for the First Time Here? As I understand you have forgotten the password for your printer and you would like help in resetting it. Don't worry as I have a few steps to help you get through this concern,

I am going to send you a Private Message with the instructions on how to perform the Semi-Full Programming Reset on your HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer. Once the Reset is complete you will have a nice clean slate to work with. Please refer to your Private Messages for further instructions.

Let me know how it goes for further assistance.

Cheers!
