printer drivers for Mac os big sur 11.0.1

Well I've just bought a new Canon TS5160 to replace the defunct HP1510 which was rendered useless by HP. If anyone from HP ever reads these comments you owe me the cost of it.

I have an HP Deskjet F4280 all in one printer/scanner.  Got new mac with Big Sur already loaded, and it screwed up the printer.  Won't print now.  I loaded the printer pkg found in Biofa_77's link, but it did not help.  At least it installed, as my previous 5.1 software pkg would not even install!  I know printer is older, but has always worked well.  HATE thought of having to buy new printer, but unless HP or Apple can help, not sure what else to do.

BTW forgot to add that the scanning part works fine, using VueScan, which I've had to use for several years as the HP software for scanning stopped working.

I have  upgraded the MAC OS from 11.1 to 11.2 this afternoon

I don't know if this manipulation has any incidence.

But the scanner doesn't work yet 😞

Not sure which printer you had that did not work after the upgrade to Big Sur.  What did you do to get it to work?

As far as the scanner, try downloading a third party software called VueScan.  It worked with my old HP printer when the HP software stopped being updated, and now I still use it with the new Cannon printer!  NO problem.

HP Deskjet 1055 printer has not worked since MacOS upgrade to Big Sur.  Scanner works with VueScan and Printer/Scanner works with Linux.  HP and their suggestions have been useless ... tried them.

Mine was an HP Deskjet 4280 that worked fine with Catalina, but barfed with Big Sur.  I gave up and bought a Cannon Pixma, all in one printer/scanner.  Works great.  Use VueScan as the scanning software.

I have same issue with HP5610xi.  Apple says HP discontinued the licenses to support Big Sur.  Tried the Guten site but my printer isn't listed.  Don't understand HP motivation to abandon customers except to force additional sales for new printers!
