Printer worked fine for 2 months and today it came up with an error code 99.39.64

 

Unplugged and plugged in and same problem

 

any help would be appreciated

Of its only two months old you should contact HP Support since you have a hardware failure which will probably require a part to be replaced.

The eMMC is non functional, that is the storage device that the printer firmware is on.

Find the support page for your printer and look for the contact support link.
