Product: Officejet 3830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My older Officejet 5780 would allow me to print booklets.  I would select the booklet feature when I selected the printer.  The new Officejet 3830 does not present the booklet feature.  Is there any way to get this feature with the 3830>

From the little I can see in the extracted software files, the option (Book Fold) should be available in the Full Feature Software.

 

OK..

 

Try one of the following:

 

If your document is PDF format...

 

Printing Labels_Business-Cards_Cards

Print Labels, Business Cards, Cards, Booklet

 

Section:

  • Print Booklet
    • Links to help documents
    • Foxit Reader - Booklet
    • Adobe Reader - Booklet

 

NOTES:  

 

  • Foxit provides a Free Reader version of the software -- scroll down and find that version (as opposed to purchasing the software).  In the event that you do like the program AND have need of extra features for PDF formating, the paid version is pretty nice (completely personal opinion).
  • Adobe Reader DC is free.
