M552 dn
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I bought this printer M552 dn two moths ago in the Netherlands. It worked properly. All of a sudden no prints. In WORD or EXCEL and also on the printer a message:  "the printer is interrupted" .

No paper jam. Switched the printer and the computer off and restarted. The problem stil exists.

Anyone who recognise this problem? How can I solve it?

First you need to see if the printer works. Go to the menu on the printer and then go to reports and see if you can print a config or demo page from the printer. If you can, then your issue is communication between the printer and computer and the best thing would be to delete the printer on the computer and reload it just as you did when you first got it.

The menu on the printer is also blocked with the message "interrupted"
