Product: HP Photosmart Premium C310A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP
Having issues with my printer, none of the printer features are working so reset to factory settings and deleted our computer but when I try to reinstall I cannot find installation CD. Also the web services want working as well and I cannot connect and I don't know why. So any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Did you check the HP web site that has all the drivers?????

You download the full Featured software and Drivers you need and install them.  Just like you asked.
