printer keeps giving "paper jam error" and there is no jam, keeps saying Use on button which I do

Hello, I recently put in new bonafide HP 60 cartridges and since then my printer doesn'twork.I keep getting "Clear paper jam" and there is no jam. Also it keeps saying "use the On button"to start, which I do. I've reloaded the software, all the newest updates, done the trouble shooting, cartridge alignment, cartridge cleaning, and the paper cleaning option.

Nothing works.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

Did you check the YouTube video on resolving this issue?

 

If you haven't, Click here to watch the video, now.

Also, try the below step by step instructions for more:

 

Solution one: Reset the product

 

Solution two: Clear the paper jam (if any, under the rollers, etc...)

 

Solution three: Make sure that the carriage can move freely

 

Solution four: Clean the paper rollers
