Replaced black ink cartridge because page was only partially printing. Now nothing prints at all. page comes out completely blank. took cartridge out and ink pad does have ink? any suggestions on what may be wrong? Printer only a few months old. yes i pulled the tab off

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that your HP Officejet Pro 6835printer is printing blank pages. I would like to help you out with this issue today.
- Check estimated ink levels, and then replace any low or empty cartridges.
- Make sure that the cartridges are properly vented and seated correctly.
- Clean the printhead.

Hi @therobinsnest, I am the Jeet_singh. It looks like you were interacting with @sandytechy20, but he is out of the office today so I'll take over from here.
As I understand you have tried the steps suggested in the previous post, I would suggest this could be a printer hardware. I would recommend you contact our HP phone support for available service options. Please fill in the product details to get the tech support number.
Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone numberCase number and phone number appear.
They will be happy to assist you immediately.
