Officejet 7612 wide-format ink
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a 7612 wide format printer that ran out of cyan ink.  When I replaced the cyan, suddenly the Magenta showed up as empty.  So I bought a new magenta cartridge, and now both cyan and magenta are showing up as not being installed.  I've removed them and reinserted the old cartridges, but the error persists: "Until cartridges are installed, make sure the printer is turned on to avoid damage to the printer.  We've had this printer for nearly a year, so it is still under warranty for a few weeks, and all I want is for it to recognize all four cartridges so I can use it to print out my taxes!

Please tell me there is an easy fix, or if not, how can I speak with someone at HP about getting this fixed or replaced under the warranty.  Thanks in advance for any advice you can share with me!

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the cartridge errors on your Officejet 7612.  If the steps there do not resolve the issue there is information at the end about contacting HP for service.
