Product: Envy 5534
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer won't work from laptop but works from mobile devices. It scans from laptop. Printer control panel indicates printer is connected, it reads ink levels, etc. Use offline box in printer queque is not checked.

Running the diagnostics at http://www.hp.com/go/tools may help resolve the issue.  Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
