printer printing dotted lines

I have an officejet pro K8600 printer.New catridge and all tests say every thing is working correctly but when i print I get lines with spaces each way.When I first unstalled new cartridge it worked fine then suddenly started printing with spaces.I have cleaned the print heads realigned them but problem persists.
