Nothing new done to printer or computer. Just out of the blue.

Hi Fastlefty

 

Thank you for vising HP Forum.

 

I would like to suggest the below steps:

1. Try to change the media if you have any other media like photo paper. 

2. Make sure that you fully adjusted the guide (align the width and length adjuster with media)  after putting the media.

3. Try to put middle stack of paper in the input tray.

4. Push the input tray until you see the Control panel will display "did you change media?" Then change the size and media to photo if you put photo media.

5. Try to print.

 

 

Let me know if this troubleshooting can help to resolve the issue.
