I don't know what happened but my fax on my printer (HP Officejet J5780 All-in-One) has gone to slow motion, what happened and how can i fix it? It seems like it is printing one line every 30 seconds and just started doing this today after receiving my first fax of the day...what happened?  Thanks,   Kim

 Hi,

Pls. do this steps...=)

1. while the printer is on, unplyg the power cord from the back of your printer.

2. While the printer is off, press and hold 3 and # keys  while reconnecting power cord.

3. this will reset your printer back to factoryu defaults- to clear the error messages on the printers memory.

4. If you see a message improper shutdown- just press ok..

5 select appropriate language nad country.. Wait for the printer to initialized.

thanks
