Product: HP psc 1210v all-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

Where is the "door" and how do I close it?  The printer keeps backing up print requests in que, but will not print them and shows "door is open".

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting door open error message on HP PSC 1210v printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

  • Close the cartridge door completely.
  • Check the cartridge door for obstructions.
  • Reset the product.

Click here and follow the document to perform above mentioned steps.
