Hello, @shaunhickey - Hope you are well 🙂
Thank you for becoming an HP Forum member. It is a great location to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!
Going through your post, I understand that your printer is printing out blank pages. To assist you with this issue, I need to know whether the printer can make a "Photocopy" or not.
Place a document face down on the scanner glass and press the copy option on the printer control panel. Let me know if it makes a good copy or not.
If the copy also comes out blank, then try cleaning the cartridges as suggested below:
-
Right-click the Start button (
) in the lower left corner of the screen, click Search, and then type HP.
-
Click your printer (
).
NOTE:
You can also open the HP printer software from your computer desktop: double-click the icon for your HP printer (
).
HP Printer Assistant opens in a new window.
-
Click Maintain Your Printer (
). The HP Toolbox opens.
-
Click the Device Services tab.
-
Click Clean Ink Cartridges, and then follow the on-screen instructions to clean the cartridges.
-
After running the tool, click Print to print a diagnostic report. If the print quality is still unacceptable, follow the on-screen instructions to run a Second-level clean.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!
Cheers 🙂
