Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

officejet pro x451 dw printhead damage Error code: 0XC6fd0613

And it turns on as soon as I connect electricity. And dosn't do any orders or the head moves.

I don't know what to do now.

and my printer is quite new.

Is there any one that can help fixing this problem?
