Product: hp officejet pro 6830

How can HP replace my printer due to print head problems with this printer.  Didn't get much use from this printer and didn't have it for long time, like 5 months.  Please advise your solution.

You will need to contact HP for a replacement printer, see the document here for information.  This should be covered under warranty from HP.
