Product: Office jet pro 8500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer has printed well for a couple of years.  Recently though I have had trouble with it not printing a document.  I have run a document  through for a copy, and that has been fine.  I have run the allignment feature, clean printhead, and after it has run through I get a message that it has failed. Is this a printhead failure or something else?

This is likely a printhead issue.
