Recently I have problem printing on the color laserjet pro mfp m177. When I try to print a microsoft word document or a microsoft excel to the printer, a blank page come out. However, I do try print to another shared printer hp laserjet 1010, it come out ok. I aslo do try to print on color laserjet cp1525n, it also come out perfectly ok. Also i try it on hp laserjet pro m1536n, blank page come out. I wonder if it is a all in one printer probem?

Hi @hmswong ,
I see that you are having issues printing from the Laserjet M177 and the Laserjet M1536n, the page comes out blank. I would like to help you out today.
Which Laserjet M177 do you have? How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
Try and print a hardware self test on the printer to find out if it is a hardware or software issue.
- From the product control panel, press the Setup
button.
- Open the following menus:
- System Setup
- Reports
- Select the Print Quality Report option, and then press the OK button.
- From the Home screen on the product control panel, touch the Setup
button.
- Open the Reports menu.
- Touch the Print Quality Page option, and then touch the OK button.
If the self test prints fine, then it is software related.
Can you print from another application with the Laserjet M177, or is it just Word that won't print?
If you are having issues with the colors printing, then please follow the steps in this document.
Fixing Print Quality Problems for the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M176n and M177fw Printer Series.
Are you using Genuine HP Toner?
What are the toner levels?
Can you print from other applications with the Laserjet M1536n printer?
What version of Word are you using?
Run all the Updates for Word.
How is the printer connected? (USB/Ethernet/Wireless)
Please provide in detail the results, so I can assist you better.
Have a nice day!
Thank You.
