Product: HP deskjet 2540
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have loaded the size 10 envelopes into the input tray and used Word mailing setting to complete the address and return address.  When I hit print the envelope feeds though but there is no printing.  The envelope is on the correct ridght hand side of the input tray.

Is the Word printing options also set to the right side?

yes, as far as I know, the information that needs to be filled into the drop down menu is correct.  As I mentioned, the envelope feed through fine, it's just that there's no printing.  I just printed a full sheet of paper and it printed fine.  Thanks!!

If you overlay the envelope on the full sheet does the address fall in the envelope?

I am using the "envelope" feature under Mailings in WORD.  It gives you a drop down form to fill out with the address and return address in boxes, a preview of the envelope and some other options such as postage.  The addresses are not entered int a WORD document per se.

Face up, clockwise, far right, feed from main tray...takes the envelope no problem but no printing on it.  There's no sound of printing at all.

My laptop is brand new so whatever the MS Office that is most recent ...2016, I think.

Can you print to a PDF file with the envelope settings & see if the address info is present?
