How to print the envelope? If the envelope is placed as shown in the manual only a portion of the text appears in the lower right corner.

Hi @Joseph-101

Welcome to the HP Support forums,

I understand that you would like to print an envelope from a HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fw from your Windows 10 PC. I would like to help you with that.

Are you using any special programs or templates for printing the envelope? Sometimes the print settings can be a little different with different programs, but in the User Guide for the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fw it shows the basic steps for printing an envelope.

On page 15 of the user guide it shows the proper orientation, with the top edge on the right, which you have referred to. Once the paper is loaded, then getting an envelope to print successfully relies on getting the print settings right for the job you are wanting to do.

On page 25 of the User Guide it provides instruction on how to select the desired envelope type.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.

I do everything as written in the manual, but the envelope is printed wrong. If I instead of the envelope shall insert a sheet of plain paper is printed in the lower right corner.

Hi @Joseph-101,

What program are you using to create the envelope that you want to print?

MS Word is probably the most common program used when printing envelopes. I did find a document related to printing envelopes from MS Word, and has a step by step process for creating the envelope layout - Print an envelope with MS Word.

If the document is set up correctly, and the paper is loaded correctly, and the paper type settings are correct, you should have a successful print. If you are still experiencing issues printing envelopes, I would likely uninstall the printer's software, the download and install the most recent version of the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127/128 Series Full Software and Drivers.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
