i'm trying to print my wedding invitation envelopes. When i print, the envelope won't feed through the printer. i can print it on a regular envelope. is it because of the thickness of the envelope? is there anything i can do to get it to feed through? thanks

Hi,
What is the used envelope weight?
The printer supports 75 to 90 g/m² (20 to 24 lb) envelopes, meaning a standard envelope..
You may find its specs below, see Paper-handling specifications > Paper tray capacities:
