Product: Hp 401DN
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (64-bit)

hi,im in install hp401dn on terminal service and set ip address on printer

os:server 2008 r2 enterprise sp1 64bit

im set printer for user with ip address and user just remote desktop to this server and work

my driver installed

im recive this error

 in random time the problem is that printer in remote desktop dose not exit and user can not print

im restart printer spooler in admin cosole and printer is back

😞
