prints off label (one half page) on the top. Printing mail label cuts off part of top.

I use FEDEX half sheet label to print address labels using Paperback Swap to trade books. The printer has started printing slightly in the margin on the top of the label which cuts off part of the postoffice stuff. Has worked properly for years. Is there any way to adjust the printing margin down?

Hello, @rube44 - Hope you are well 🙂
Welcome to the HP Forum! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips!
I see that the printer is printing the FedEx labels slightly off the margin. To assist you with the issue, I’d like to know the application that you are using to print the label. Please reply with the details.
Alternatively, go to http://hp.care/2py0T7f and check under “How do I print envelope address labels?”
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!
Good luck 🙂

Hello, @rube44
This is 3rd party software which I have not tried yet. Try uninstalling the software and reinstalling this particular software. That should do the trick 🙂
If the issue persists, then you can try and use the the Word or Avery to try and print the label and check if that helps.
Thanks, I will watch for your reply!
Cheers 🙂
