@Wano

Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. 🙂

I understand that you have an HP Officejet 6210 All-in-One Printer and it will not make a copy using the printer control panel options. The output is faded and you have even replaced the ink cartridges and the issue still persists. I appreciate the steps you have performed and have certainly done a good job.

Hope I have understood your issue correct and I'll do my best to help you with this case.

I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

  • What happens when you try to scan a document from the computer application? Is the scan result good with all colors?
  • Is the print quality good when you print something?
  • Are these genuine HP cartridges and refilled ink cartridges?

Meanwhile, I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:

  • Disconnect the power cable from the printer while the printer is still ON.
  • Disconnect any other cables if connected the printer.
  • Press and hold the printer’s power button for 15 seconds.
  • The printer should be directly connected to the wall outlet and not to a surge protector. Reconnect the power cable to print and the printer should power ON by itself. If the printer doesn’t power ON then please manually power it ON.

Now, please check the print and the copy quality from the printer and proceed accordingly with the below steps:

I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Please let me know how it goes. Cheers! 🙂
