Today just at once I got the message in Dutch "Er is een probleem met de printerkop" = there is a problem with the printerhead. The printer is 1 and a half year old. The odd thing is that my father in law had exactly the same printer, and it was about the same age and gave the same message last week as well. That is no coincidence I believe. I is really strange that both printers just after warranty have a defect in the printerhead. We both used only original HP cartridges. I personally believe it has something to do with the recent firmware upgrade, because there is physically nothing wrong with the printerheads, it didn't crash and it printed today perfect without flaws. I even found a page that says there is an issue with these printers: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04839288 and I know more customers in the USA have had these problems.
I need a printer in my office. Even over the warranty of 1 year, a product under the Dutch law has to fulfill a normal product lifespan, or it should be recplaced or repaired without costs. 1,5 year is not normal.
Product number is b6t06a. I would like a suggestion from HP to fix this.

just found the solution myself:
1. unplug the printer from the power socket
2. keep the on-button pressed for 60 seconds
3. plug it in again, and turn it on
4. it will reset
5. remove almost empty cartridges and replace them with new ones
6. clean contacts where the cartridges go in
7. do a cleaning from the menu on the printer 1 or 2 times
it now prints again :). Only thing is, I don't know for how long.
