I can't print in color.  Black is fine.  I have turned off Greyscale.   There is a question mark ,?, for estimated ink levels.  The Print Quality report shows good black ink and faint color for the color cartridges.  I have cleaned and aligned the Printheads twice with no improvement.  The Alignment report shows no color.  The Status Report shows no ink levels and 2 for Ink Zone.  All of the 564 cartridges were recently refilled for the first time at Costco using HP cartidges
