Operating System: iOS

I am trying to set up my Sprocket printer and I keep getting the message    "Camera Access Required"   I am not sure what else to do in Settings.  I think I have all the settings set to work-but, obviously I am missing something 😞   Please Help!!!   Thank you.  Karen

I understand that you're trying to setup the HP Sprocket printer and an error message appears saying "camera access required." Not worry, I'll do my best to help you. 

 

I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix: 

  • Please reset your HP Sprocket printer by inserting a pin into the reset button hole. Please view #5 from the below image to locate it:

 

Please click here to access the user guide for the HP Sprocket.

 

You may uninstall the HP Sprocket app and reinstall it via this link.
