Recently I've started getting "Paper too long to auto-duplex" error message when trying to print 2-sided letter size documents. I've tried reinstalling the driver but still occuring. Any ideas on how to fix would be greatly appreciated. I really like the printer but need it to print two-sided documents.

Greetings @ScottR8612

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are getting an error your printer when you print a duplex printer job where it says that the paper is too long.

Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.

Don't worry, I will be glad to help.

Have you checked the paper settings to make sure you have selected the correct paper size before you print?

Recommend you to connect the printer your computer running on Windows using a USB cable.

Download the firmware update for your printer from www.hp.com/drviers and install it on your printer.

Also, refer to page number 30 in the user manual for assistance. Click here for the printer manual.

Let me know if this helped.
