Since a while I get the message "Unable to print file. File is corrupt" every time I want to print a PDF or an image.

At first it helped restarting the printer - not anymore. I installed a new driver also - no help. HP has the worst customer service and can't help. Anybody out there that has an easy fix?

Hello,

Hope you are well, for this type of problem, please go to the system preferences, then select printers and scanners, click on the + icon and select the printer, just before add it, please click the driver dropdown in front of Use category, then please select Generic PostScript and add the printer.

Then print the PDF file using the printer that was just added.

If the PDF shows corrupt with multiple drivers, the file may be corrupt so you may need to download the file again from the source.

Regards,

I am an HP employee
