I ran the scan doctor and several other HP diagnostic programs.  Printer prints the test page from the settings menu, but Chrome and Word both say that the driver is unavailable.

Hi CliffHersh,   

 

Try to run the Word with Run as Administrator option and then print the document.

 

1.  Right click the Word icon in the Windows desktop.

 

2.  Select the option "Run as administrator"

 

3.  Once the Word is open,  then open the document and send to print.

 

right click run as admin

It worked, but how do I get it to print in user mode.  Why doesn't it print if the driver is there?
