Product: Laserjet P3015

I have a laserjet P3015 that has the message "Service Request Raised" that alternates with the ready message. How can I clear that message?

I have the same issue on LJ 4345 mfp. " service request raised" how do I clear this?

Found the solution.

Go to printer settings /configure device /management /service request message - uncheck the message,
