I can't reverse dual sided copying to single sided

Hi Susie1418,

 

Thank you for using HP products.

 

I believe you may have set 2-sided copying previously.

 

1. From the Home screen on the product control panel, touch the Copy button.

2. Touch the Settings button.

3. Check whether the Two-Sided is selected or touch Single-Sided button.

 

If the above steps does not help, the faster way is to perform restore factory-set defaults, perform this step if really necessary.

(CAUTION: Restoring the factory-set defaults returns all of the product and network settings to the factory defaults, and it also deletes any pages that are stored in the memory. It will not reset the page count, tray size, or language.)

 

1. On the product control panel, touch the Setup button.

2. Scroll to and touch the Service menu.

3. Scroll to and touch the Restore Defaults button, and then touch the OK button.

 

The printer automatically restarts.
