Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello, is anyone able to help me in being able to scan double sided documents with a HP Officejet Proc 8020 series printer?

I have looked all over the HP website and I believe I have downloaded the appropriate software however when I go to scan a document it does not provide me an option to scan double sided, from my computer or from the printer itself.

Thank you

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-8020-all-in-one-printer-series/242...

Download from Software - Utility the file "HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 All-in-One Print and Scan Driver and Accessories"
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

Check out this example on how to scan 2 sided documents.  The HP FULL featured software automatically sorts the pages after the document is loaded to scan the 2nd side!

Hope that helps.

I am an HP Employee. Although I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
