Product: hp office jet pro 8610

hi i have scan to email problem it says password and user id i wrong even i entered correct information i tried more then 20 times but same problem any help will be appriciated trying from Mac pro

Hi,

It would help much clarifying which email provider you are using, some email services such as Gmail or Yahoo as example have specific security settings wic may cause such an error..
