hola!

no logro hacer andar al scanner de la impresora multifunción laserjet pro MFP M127fn, andaba perfecto, y de pronto dejó de andar. la instale de nuevo como 3 veces y nada...

esta conectada en red, y el wifi es bueno, y al bajar de nuevo los drivers e instalarla, acatualizo el ip .

por favor... lo necesito.

Hola. Lamento que tengas problemas con tu scanner. ¿Me puedes decir si te da algún tipo de error? ¿El problema sucedió de repente o hubo algún cambio?
