Product: scanner 5590
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

when i'm try to scan document i recieved this error( server busy , this action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. choose 'switch to' to activate the busy program and correct the problem 

 

could you please some body help?

Hi, kindly close all the programs running,once done  open the HPSCAN option - try scanning.
