Hi,
From your computer open the HP Deskjet 2540 software anc lcik on Scan a dcoument or photo.
Select PDF and ensure the Show Scan Preview option is checked.
Ensure teh scan resolution is 300 DPI or lower.
Click on Scan, within the scan preview click the add page button, located under the scan preview, once you are done click on Save or Finish to compete the scan job.
