Product: envy pro 6420

Hi

I am trying to scan a document from the feeder on my Envy Pro 6420

On the HP computer smart app, I have the possibility to select either flatbed or feeder as a source. I put feeder but the printer does not even try to get the document from there and automatically scan the empty flatbed.

This happens no matter how many sheet I put in the feeder (1 only or 10).

I wasn't able to use the HPPSDR.

 

ANy idea on what could be the cause?

Hardware malfunction?
