- scanning problem - pink!

My scanner seems to scan documents just fine except the entire background of the document shows up bright pink! I rebooted the computer and printer then updated the printer driver, rebooted the computer and restarted the printer again and cleaned the printer ink heads. Does anyone have any ideas for getting rid of the pink background? Thank you for your time and expertise! Suzanne

Hello,
Kindly try scanning and making a copy of blank white paper.
If issue still exists, Click here to access the steps that should resolve the issue.

Thank you for trying to help me Jabzi, but unfortunately, I still have the pink issue when scanning. I did print the scan on blank white paper as you suggested and it worked but the scan itself is still pink so when I send a scanned copy to someone it will appear pink to them. I also took the steps in the link you sent and no luck there either. Again, thank you for trying to help me.

It seems to be an issue with scanning module.
