Product: Officejet C309
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can anyone tell me how I can get a service/repair manual for a C309-A printer?  I just replaced the printhead on my printer and I believe there is another place where the ink may be blocked.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. C309a is not an HP Deskjet printer, it is  an  HP Photosmart Premium Fax All-in-One Printer - C309a.
