Hi,
Scan to email is not a feature provided for the printer.
You may scan through HP MFP Scan or the HP Smart app to your computer.
See the ‘How do I scan with HP MFP Scan software? (HP Laser printers only)’ section below:

You may also use HP Smart Tasks through the HP Smart app to scan from the app to an email:
