Operating System: Android 4.1 and older
I can't get firmware update to happen. Have tried everything suggested in previous posts with same problem.

To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

  • What is the exact issue you're facing with the HP Sprocket printer?

I did some research and found that there is no firmware update available as of now for the HP Sprocket printers. If there is any firmware update released then you may update it via the sprocket app. Please refer to "Update the printer firmware" mentioned under "What if the printer does not print?" from this link.
