LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP

Supply memory missing on yellow catridge. All catridges are new, even though not HP. All other catridges work.

In other words yellow catrdige does not communicate with the printer.

I tried various trouble shooting ideas described in this Forum to no avail.

Is there a way of over writing it?

Thank you

Hi @elena4design,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I read your post and see that you are getting a "supply memory 10.1003 error on the yellow toner. I would like to help you out today. If this helps you to reach a solution, please click the "Accept as Solution" button down below in this message. If you wish to say thanks for my effort to help, click the " Thumbs Up " to give me a Kudos. Smiley Happy

What is the full name and product number of your printer? How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?

Please try the steps in this document, to see if it will help resolve the issue, HP LaserJet Pro - Troubleshoot 10.xx and Supplies messages.

Go to the section for 10.100X Supply memory error. Make sure there isn't any packing material left on the toner. (orange clip, sealing tape removed)

If you are still having issues, try a Genuine HP Toner.

Have a nice day! Thank you.
