HP Designjet T2300
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I was plotting drawings on our HP Designjet T2300 and the plotter Froze.  It showed the following error code : 79:04 which shows that it means 'Update your product's firmware' in the Introductory Information Manual.  It asked to press button OK to reconfig but the screen had frozen, I had to manually take out the power cord to turn it off and put it back.  Somehow I reached HP website but it showed that the website does not have a firmware.  Althought it is printing fine now but can anyone help me update the same?  It will be much appreciated.

Thank you,

NGarg

I would use the usb thumb drive method explained below. Operating system does not matter with usb upgrade via thumb drive.
