Okay, I've updated the firmware from the previous version to this version MRY_04_04_00.4.  Now the printer spits out the paper and continuously gives me a paper jam error when there isn't one.  I restart the printer without the paper being loaded and it gives me the paper jam error as well.  If I push the paper in and restart, it restarts fine but then it will unload the paper and give me the paper jam error again.  I've tried to switch to the previous version of firmware but I keep getting the paper jam error when the print restarts while installing the firmware.  I'm not sure  if the firmware update is being interupted and doesn't get installed correctly or what but it seems that this is an ongoing problem with this printer.  Any help would be appreciated.
