on the printer under quick forms we are not able to print the calanders correctly. the squares for the calander are there but no words day month year. there are no warning lights on or error messages occuring. we tried to print the check list and there was nothing there. under games we printed up the sudoko and that was the only thing that printed correctly. please help i am doing this for my client who is 91 years old. i cant figure anything out and none of the questions or anserwes ae helpful in the product guide. nothing happens when try to trouble shoot. the only thing i can think to do is a master reset on the printer and restore back to factory settings. what do u think? thanks in advance for any help.

Hello, @carrie9806 - Hope you are well 🙂
Thank you for becoming an HP Forum member. It is a great location to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!
Going through your post, I understand that you are having issues while printing the quick forms and other HP printables on the HP photosmart printer. To assist you with this issue, I need to know whether the printer can make a "Photocopy" or not.
Place a document face down on the scanner glass and press the copy option on the printer control panel. Let me know if it makes a good copy or not.
Also, if the issue purely related to the HP printables, please check http://hp.care/2pelsGs for more details.
I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
Cheers 🙂
