Hello @seifre90712, Greetings!
Thank you for becoming an HP Forum member. It is a dynamite location to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others.
I understand you want to turn off the sleep mode in your Laserjet printer. I will do my best to help you with the issue. Please check the steps below:
- Find the IP address of your printer (You can press the “Wi-fi” icon on your printer control panel / screen).
- Once you obtain the IP address, open a web browser on your computer (E.g. Google chrome / Safari / Internet explorer).
- Now type the IP address in the browser address bar to get the “Printer EWS page”.
- Search for “Energy save” / “EcoSMART console” option in the home screen. If you cannot find the option in the home screen, then navigate to “System” tab and look for “EcoSMART console”.
- You will find the “Sleep Delay” and “Power Down After Delay” options – Turn off both the options.
Let me know how that goes. Good luck!
Cheers 🙂
